David Beckham’s DB Ventures hit by Covid travel restrictions

Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in a Luxury Beach House for Less?

David Beckham generated less income from global sponsorship deals as pandemic travelling restrictions weighed on revenue generated by his brand management company.

DB Ventures receives payments from Beckham’s brand tie-ups, which include Adidas, AIA, the life insurer, and Tudor, the watch brand. The business is owned by Beckham, 47, and his wife Victoria Beckham, 48. The business generated revenue of £11.4 million in 2020, down from £12.7 million in 2019, despite signing new deals with brands including Electronic Arts, Panini and F45.

However, a reduction in costs and £6.2 million in income from Seven Global, Beckham’s second brand management business, which he took full ownership of in July last year, meant that profits rose to £10.6 million, from £9 million in 2019.
